About the Role We’re hiring a
Church Consultant (Outside Sales)
to help local churches schedule a portrait and directory program that strengthens connection and updates church records. This is a
relationship-driven, appointment-setting, presentation, and closing
role—best for someone who likes getting out of the house, being in the community, and building a full calendar through consistent effort.

outside sales, B2B outreach, cold calling, follow-up, and presentations

What Success Looks Like This is a rhythm-based role. Top performers:
Start early, protect mornings for cold calls Run appointments in the afternoon Follow up until there’s a clear yes/no Keep a strong pipeline and consistent bookings
How the job works Mornings:
cold calls + follow-ups + appointment setting Afternoons:
appointments, pastor/admin meetings, presentations Weekly outcome:
add new dates to the calendar and build future months
Responsibilities Prospect churches in your territory Set and run short meetings with pastors and church administrators Deliver a clear, confident presentation and ask for dates Follow up consistently to move prospects to a yes/no decision Maintain a healthy appointment pipeline and weekly production goals Track activity and next steps in our process/CRM
What We’re Looking For You’re a fit if you:
Have experience in
sales, outreach, appointment setting, or relationship-based business development Are comfortable making
high-volume calls
and doing follow-up daily Can confidently ask for the appointment and ask for the close Like working independently in the field and managing a territory Have reliable transportation and are comfortable with local travel
Bonus points for: Outside/field sales background B2B prospecting and presentations Community outreach, fundraising, nonprofit, or faith-based experience
