Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Writer
responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports products and users. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation Write, edit, and update technical materials including: User manuals Installation guides Release notes FAQs Online help documentation
Documentation Maintenance
Update, maintain, and archive existing documentation to reflect: Product enhancements Bug fixes New feature releases
Information Gathering
Study product samples and technical specifications. Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand technical concepts and workflows. Audience Analysis
Analyze target audiences to ensure documentation uses clear, accessible language appropriate to varying technical skill levels. Visual Integration
Develop or incorporate visuals such as: Diagrams Graphs Screenshots Illustrations to enhance user understanding.
Editing & Standardization
Review and format documentation to ensure consistency in tone, style, and structure across all materials. Collaboration
Work closely with product developers, engineers, UX designers, and customer support teams to validate content accuracy. Essential Skills
