You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued every step of the way. How you'll make an impact
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams. Partner with colleagues to deliver high-quality, timely solutions. Take ownership of the renewal process, ensuring client needs are met. Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. About You
Required :
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR-
High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred :
Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Experience managing client accounts in a professional setting. Behaviors :
Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner. A knack for building trust and maintaining strong relationships. The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. A commitment to delivering exceptional service every day.
