Inside Sales / Customer Service
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm (30 min lunch). Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus. Must be familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook. Associate’s degree or equivalent – or High School diploma plus one to two years of related work experience. Pay rate $17.00-$18.00 depending on experience.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Receiving calls, faxes, and emails from customers needing to place orders.
Processing new and recurring job orders.
Forwarding quotes for new business.
Ordering raw material.
Charging off used raw material in our system.
Processing new customers and new vendors in the system.
Handling customer service calls and keeping customers informed.
Maintaining stock production orders.
Assisting with receptionist duties / answering phones.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Creating and maintaining customer files.
Working with other office personnel and production manager.
Working with quality to resolve customer complaints.
Helping during inventory.
Data entry skills.
Requires sitting the majority of the day.
Requires walking in the shop occasionally to check order status.
Requires being able to lift boxes up to 20-25 lbs occasionally.
