Summary
An Inside Sales Associate is responsible to maintain, identify and grow customer base, provide consistent and superior customer service, increase sales and margin, and follow up on all accounts. Responsibilities
Work with the Outside Sales Team to support commercial contractor customers Provide timely and accurate quotes and orders to customers Follow up and expedite customer quotes and orders Enter sales orders and follow up on product deliveries Help set-up customer pricing matrices and blankets Help counter with sales when needed Courtesy and politeness toward team members, customers, and vendors Multi-task and prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day Other duties as required Minimum Qualifications
High School or GED Team Oriented Positive attitude, reliable, responsible, and a strong work ethic Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Eclipse (Eclipse knowledge preferred but not required) Good and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills Preffered Qualifications including meeting the minimum qualifications
1-2 years’ experience either as a counter or inside salesman in electrical distribution industry supporting commercial contractors Compensation
