Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers Use parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer customer questions Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced Inform customers on parts availability What You’ll Need
Valid Driver’s License Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school courses or degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great listening skills and empathy for customers Ability to work in or around an airport environment in a shop environment Desirable/Not a Deal Breaker
Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership Experience in airport ground support equipment Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND/OR inventory management systems Fully customer-centric (external/internal) ASE Certifications What’s In It For You
