What You Will Be Doing
Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers
Assist team members and answer customer questions using your parts knowledge
Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate with management and technicians
Maintain a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
Ask questions to ensure correct parts are identified and sourced
Inform customers about parts availability

Have experience in automotive or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks

What You’ll Need
Valid Driver’s License
Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses are a plus
Excellent communication skills
Good listening skills and empathy for customers
Ability to work in an environment related to airports or shops
Preferred Qualifications
Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
Experience with airport ground support equipment
Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, or inventory systems
Customer-centric attitude
ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
