Provide and source parts for fleet customers' specialized equipment. Assist team members and customers with parts knowledge. Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate with management and technicians. Maintain a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Ask questions to ensure accurate parts sourcing. Inform customers about parts availability. Ideal Candidate
Enjoy helping fleet customers with their parts needs. Have experience in the automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair experience. Aim to grow their parts knowledge within a team environment. Are eager to learn and develop their career. Requirements
Valid Driver’s License. Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn. High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school education is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Good listening skills and empathy for customers. Ability to work in an airport environment and shop setting. Preferred Qualifications
Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries. Experience with airport ground support equipment. Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, and inventory management systems. Customer-centric mindset. ASE Certifications are a plus. Benefits
