We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family as Automotive Parts Specialists. While experience in automotive parts is preferred, a background in automotive industry work or a passion for automotive repair is valuable. Responsibilities
Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
Assist team members and customers with parts knowledge.
Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with management and technicians.
Maintain a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
Ask questions to ensure accurate parts sourcing.
Inform customers about parts availability.
Ideal Candidate
Enjoy helping fleet customers with their parts and service needs.
Have experience in automotive work or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks.
Seek to grow their parts knowledge within a team environment.
Are eager to learn and develop their career.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License.
Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Good listening skills and empathy for customers.
Ability to work in or around an airport environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
Experience with airport ground support equipment.
Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, or inventory systems.
Customer-centric mindset.
ASE Certifications (a plus).
