You will:
Lead as a Functional Consultant
leveraging extensive NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization knowledge. Analyze Business Needs
to guarantee that the Oracle NetSuite solution aligns with customer objectives through best practices and business acumen. Resolve Complex Issues
by recommending effective solutions to client challenges. Collaborate with Customer Success Teams
to quickly identify client needs, develop innovative strategies, and implement solutions that surpass expectations. Demonstrate Passion for Technology
by applying strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to enhance client operations. Conduct Functional Requirements-Gathering
sessions and solution workshops. Communicate Effectively , showcasing strong presentation skills. Additionally, you will: Lead optimization efforts for high-quality solutions delivered within established timeframes. Mentor customer teams and guide leadership on strategic decisions. Manage clients in post-go-live settings. Oversee the implementation of NetSuite application functionalities. Partner with technical and performance experts to ensure successful outcomes for clients. Your success in this role relies on your experience in gathering customer business requirements and your strong analytical capabilities. A deep understanding of NetSuite and foundational accounting principles will be advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital for success. Location and Travel This role is based in the United States and may require travel up to 25% of the time.
