Deliver exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Norwegian-speaking clients Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner Inform and educate customers about our products and gaming services Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high service standards Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system Gather and report customer feedback to assist in service enhancements Engage in ongoing training to improve service skills and product knowledge Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms is desirable Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new culture A passion for gaming and understanding of the iGaming sector is a significant advantage Benefits
