Manage Scheduling and Dispatch: Maintain daily schedules for service resources, dispatching them to service calls in a timely manner and optimizing response times. Coordinate with Teams: Communicate with the service team to resolve scheduling conflicts and with the warehouse to procure service parts for maintenance and repairs. Handle Customer and Internal Documentation: Document customer interactions and service orders. Ensure Compliance and Efficiency: Adhere to all organizational policies and regulations, and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel to ensure swift resolution. Qualifications
