Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversion. Pay range: $23/hr - $24/hr. Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm CST. Base pay range
$23.00/hr - $24.00/hr Responsibilities
Process income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations. Mail out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations. Assist in a phone queue to answer customer questions related to Assumptions and Subordinations. Complete checks on the same day. Scan all packages on the same day. Stay within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. There are currently 30 employees in this department. The candidate will interact with customers, internal and external clients via phone and email. Internal interactions will be face-to-face with peers and on-site management. Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Ability to multi-task. Strong teamwork skills. Benefits
