The start date is Monday, 6/2, with work hours M-Th, 8am to 5pm, and F 8am to 4pm on-site. Key Responsibilities: Interact professionally with consumers, ensuring all communications comply with state and federal guidelines. Assist consumers in resolving account issues such as balance settlements, payment arrangements, and disputes, aiming for positive outcomes for both parties. Maintain call quality with a target exceeding 90% and minimal compliance infractions. Meet KPIs including calls per hour, conversion rates, and dollars collected, within 10% of the team leader’s metrics. Work personally with consumers to find tailored solutions beneficial to both sides. Update consumer accounts accurately with clear notations and proper documentation of call outcomes. Skills and Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexible, collaborative, and able to work well with colleagues at all levels. Team-oriented with a quick learning ability and strong decision-making skills. Demonstrates company core values in work and communication. Punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines. Qualifications: High school diploma required; some college preferred but not necessary. Experience in call centers beneficial but not mandatory. Starting at $17/hour, increasing to $18 after conversion. Temp-to-Hire position with collection incentives, health benefits upon permanent hire, and profit sharing. Schedule:
