Ventós is a global company specializing in the distribution of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals for the Flavors & Fragrances industry. Headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, with 9 international subsidiaries, including Ventós USA Inc., based in Kenilworth, NJ. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our U.S. team to strengthen client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of a global leader in our sector. Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and follow-up. Process and manage orders, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination. Identify and assess customer needs, collaborating with Sales, QC, and Logistics teams. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving attitude. Support contract management, stock allocation, and basic accounting operations. Coordinate sample and documentation requests. Profile / Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer service or related roles. Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus. Strong communication skills, proactive and team-oriented. Organized, reliable, and able to work independently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), Dynamics NAV, and Google Workspace. What we offer
