Our client in The Woodlands, Texas has an immediate need for a Customer Success Representative on a direct hire basis. Company Profile: Industry leader in Expense management solutions for fleets, including fuel and maintenance fleet solutions. Customer Success Representative Role: The Customer Success Representative will ensure clients have a seamless, solutions-driven experience every step of the way. Responsibilities include: Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering prompt, clear, and helpful responses. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updates using Salesforce or a similar CRM system. Building trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing strategic guidance, and proactively addressing concerns. Collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve issues, streamline communication, and advocate for customer needs. Identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities by understanding the customer’s journey and introducing relevant products or services. Anticipating challenges before they arise, troubleshooting effectively, and following through to ensure resolution. Continuously seeking ways to improve processes, enhance service quality, and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (a plus), excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional yet personable tone, comfort with technology (experience with CRMs like Salesforce and Excel preferred), strong typing skills and attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a natural curiosity, eagerness to learn, and quick adaptability.
