Required:
Automotive titling experience a plus.
Knowledgeable, professional communication to customers on every interaction.
Consistently provide high levels of customer satisfaction in an effort to provide value and retain brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
The primary functions include but are not limited to:
Identify and resolve customer service inquiries in a timely manner for consumer or commercial customers.
Reaching out for servicing support through the channels of phone, email, and fax.
Updating customers’ account with address/phone updates, notation of reason for calls/support provided.
Providing direction to customers regarding account issues.
Explaining payment methods.
Resolving customer concerns/requests.
Act as a liaison between the customer and various corporate departments.
Initiating, explaining and executing various corporate processes.
Address non-phone interactions with customer accounts included, but not limited to email and fax requests related to document fulfillment needs.
Handle escalated customer inquiries (examples: titles, billing, tax, etc.).
Provide support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions. These exceptions include, but are not limited to: state to state transfers, name changes, lease to loan conversions, and title deficiency research.
