Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with order placement and tracking
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of any problems
Maintain accurate and organized customer records and order information
Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus
Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a plus
