Bridgecrest services approximately $17 billion in finance receivables, offering auto loans across a wide credit spectrum to help customers achieve vehicle ownership. Responsibilities

include: Making inbound and outbound calls regarding past-due balances (1-60 days). Educating, negotiating, and building relationships with customers to facilitate payments. Reviewing account information, processing payments, and documenting contact details accurately. Assisting customers with debt repayment plans, including modifications and deferments. Utilizing systems for skip tracing and account management. Maintaining positive relationships with the Loan Servicing team. Qualifications

include: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years in collections, customer service, sales, or retail. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Perks
