to serve as the primary advisor and relationship owner for maintenance clients in the Abilene market. This role is ideal for a
green industry professional
who understands how to align landscape services with client goals and partner with service teams to deliver consistent results. You will combine
industry expertise, consultative communication, and strong organization
to ensure every property is cared for at a high level and every client relationship continues to grow. You will work closely with clients and operations teams to maintain high-quality landscapes, provide informed recommendations, and identify opportunities to improve and enhance each property.

What You’ll Do As a Landscape Advisor, you will own a portfolio of client relationships and be responsible for delivering consistent service, trusted guidance, and long-term value. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build strong relationships through consistent, professional communication Understand each client’s goals and priorities, and ensure services align accordingly Conduct regular site visits to review property conditions and performance Advisory & Industry Expertise Evaluate properties and provide recommendations on turf, plant health, irrigation performance, and seasonal color Utilize a deep knowledge of plants and outdoor spaces to advise clients on the best approach to achieve their landscape goals Serve as a knowledgeable resource who brings solutions—not just updates Service Quality & Execution Partner closely with operations to ensure services are delivered according to scope and MasterScapes standards Monitor landscape quality and proactively address issues Ensure timely resolution of client requests and service concerns Account Growth & Value Creation Identify opportunities to enhance properties through additional services or improvements Present recommendations in a way that clearly demonstrates value to the client Lead renewal conversations early and ensure continuity of service agreements Build maintenance services plan for new prospective clients Operational Alignment & Organization Maintain accurate records of client communication, site observations, and opportunities Ensure alignment between client expectations and field execution Manage multiple accounts with a high level of organization and follow-through

What You Bring 3–7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management (landscaping, facilities services, construction, or related industry preferred) A thorough knowledge of landscape plants and materials to guide clients in their decision making Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence Proven ability to build trust through consistent delivery and follow-through Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset with confidence discussing services and recommendations Working knowledge of contracts, scopes of work, and basic financial concepts
Preferred Experience Background in landscaping, horticulture, irrigation, or turf management Ability to walk a property and identify quality issues and improvement opportunities Experience with CRM or operational systems (Aspire, PipeDrive, or similar) Spanish language proficiency is a plus
