LEVERAGE
products and services.
As the
Impact & Grantmaking Manager , you will lead the execution of the Credit Union Impact Foundation's grant programs and impact-focused initiatives across a multi-state footprint. You'll play a critical role in translating strategy into action-ensuring programs are delivered with consistency, accountability, and meaningful impact.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage Foundation grant programs and impact initiatives, applying consistent guidelines, evaluation standards, and decision frameworks to ensure fair, defensible funding decisions.
Translate Foundation strategy into clear workplans, timelines, and deliverables that advance impact priorities.
Partner closely with the Executive Director to execute initiatives that support partnerships and systems-level efforts aligned with the Foundation's charitable mission.
Develop impact framing, program narratives, and subject-matter context to support fundraising efforts, stakeholder engagement, and donor understanding.
Represent the Foundation externally at conferences, site visits, and partner engagements, serving as a credible and trusted ambassador of the Foundation's work.
Coordinate with internal teams, League partners, credit unions, and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution, communication, and follow-through.
The
Impact & Grantmaking Manager
operates with a high degree of independence and professional judgment within established policies, guidelines, and Board-approved parameters. You'll be accountable for the timely and consistent execution of grant programs and impact initiatives, with decision-making authority for routine grant and program actions and clear escalation paths for precedent-setting or reputational matters.

thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment-balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong standards, follow-through, and organizational credibility. As the Foundation continues to grow, you'll also contribute to building institutional knowledge, leadership capacity, and long-term impact.

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in grantmaking, program management, impact initiatives, or similar roles required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Work Schedule: As an
Impact & Grantmaking Manager , regular travel across the Foundation's four-state footprint is required. Travel varies by season and program cycle and may average up to
50% during peak periods , primarily by car, with occasional airline travel. A
valid driver's license is required
for this position.
