Job Description As a Relationship Manager Assistant with strong knowledge in Loan IQ, your responsibilities are:
Manage and process loan documentation and data using Loan IQ software.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and client presentations.
Support Relationship Managers in day-to-day client communication and inquiries.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
Maintain accurate records and manage data entry processes efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan operations.
Monitor loan performance and address any discrepancies promptly.
Provide administrative support to the banking and financial services team.
The Successful Applicant A successful Relationship Manager Assistant should have:
Proficiency in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
Hands‑on experience with Loan IQ software.
A strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
