The Resident Camp Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of camp, including: Year-round operations and program development Property, land, and facilities management Financial stewardship and budget oversight Staff recruitment, development, and supervision Risk management and safety compliance Fundraising, donor cultivation, and community engagement Capital improvement planning and long-term sustainability This leader ensures excellence in camper experience while maintaining and enhancing the physical assets entrusted to the YMCA. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree required; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in resident camp, outdoor education, or related field Demonstrated experience in facility and land management Strong financial acumen and budget management experience Experience leading diverse teams and developing emerging leaders Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance Fundraising and community partnership experience preferred
