The

Sales Support Representative (SSR)

is the main point of contact for all Outside Sales Reps, dealer personnel, designers, architects, and end users. The SSR responds timely and accurately to all rep and customer requests. The SSR tracks each order from its conception through order entry, acknowledgement, production, and shipping. In addition, the Sales Support Representative focuses on customer relations and relationship management. The SSR works with reps, dealers, and designers regularly and personably in an effort to build rapport and ensure future business. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Outside Sales Representatives Responsible for accurate order clarification, finish and pricing confirmation, fabric reservation, commission allocation and reconciliation, and ensuring proper communications regarding order status, acknowledgements, and Proforma invoices Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions within 24 hours Greet customers and create strong customer rapport Responsible for customer follow-up on inquiries Advises customers and presses for adherence to The Senator Group processes and procedures Focus on customer relations and relationship management Manage orders from specification to delivery Assist customers and reps via phone and email with all product requests Facilitate communications between UK offices and US offices Properly assist in product specification and up-sell when possible Work together as part of a team to address all inquiries Provide back-up to the team as required Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns Perform additional duties as assigned SKILLS & ABILITIES

Previous experience in a professional office environment Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

HS Diploma or GED – secondary coursework in business or related field preferred 3-5 years' experience in customer service Furniture experience is a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times BENEFITS & PERKS
