Summary: Join the elite sales team supporting the
#1 Audi salesperson in the USA
for 30 years. This
entry-level role
offers a unique chance to learn every step of the automotive sales process in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Support the lead Audi salesperson with daily sales activities Manage outreach and customer follow-ups to build strong relationships Assist with scheduling and conducting test drives Prepare vehicles for delivery and assist with the handoff to customers Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience Learn sales techniques and industry knowledge from a top performer Enthusiastic and eager to start a career in automotive sales Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Organized, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Previous sales or customer service experience a plus but not required All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license. Compensation: Hourly + Commission Schedule
