Looking to hire an experienced landscape foreman to help supplement our current crews. This position is full time during the growing season along with on‑call work during the winters. It requires a strong work ethic, knowledge of common residential & commercial landscaping services, and a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of landscape workers.
Execute landscaping projects, including garden design, tree care and tree/shrub removal.
Conduct groundskeeping duties such as planting, weeding, edging and mulching.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences when on‑site.
Ensure that all work is completed according to established timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop.
Proven experience in landscape maintenance and installation/removal.
Fair knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques.
Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and proposals.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
Strong problem‑solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during projects.
Good communication skills to interact with clients, team members & management.
