Lead and work alongside a landscape crew performing garden maintenance, plantings, and seasonal services. This
role combines hands-on horticultural work with crew leadership and job-site coordination.
Responsibilities
Lead a crew of 2+ employees
Perform and oversee planting, pruning, weeding, and bed maintenance
Install and remove seasonal containers and holiday décor
Coordinate daily job tasks and ensure quality standards
Communicate with clients and management
Load/unload trucks, tools, and materials
Safely operate trucks and equipment
Track time and materials
Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
Follow safety procedures
Qualifications
3+ years landscaping, fine gardening, or horticulture experience
Crew leader or foreman experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
