Villani Landshapers is seeking a
Seasonal Color Foreman
to lead our Seasonal Color Crew in creating stunning outdoor displays — from spring blooms to holiday décor. This is a hands‑on leadership role perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, has a passion for detail, and enjoys mentoring a team.

Requirements What You’ll Do:
Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–4 team members on seasonal color installations
Install spring, summer, fall, and winter/holiday plantings and décor
Prepare planting beds and containers for annuals and perennials
Plant according to design plans with strong attention to detail
Perform ongoing bedcare and pruning during the growing season
Water and care for plant material to ensure healthy growth
Train, mentor, and support crew members
Manage labor hours to meet or stay within budget
Communicate professionally with clients, sales staff, and management
Enforce safety policies and company standards on job sites
Lead by example with Villani Landshapers’ Passion for Detail
Option to participate in Villani's snow removal program in the winter
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in landscaping, seasonal color, floral design, or similar outdoor work (preferred)
Leadership or crew‑lead experience strongly preferred
Ability to perform physical work up to 12 hours/day in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with insurable driving record required
Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator License a plus (pay incentive offered to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
Pay & Benefits $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)
