Leading and managing a landscape crew on job sites. Reviewing plans and ensuring work is installed correctly and efficiently. Coordinating tasks, materials, and equipment. Maintaining job site safety, organization, and professionalism. Communicating with project managers, designers, and leadership. Training and mentoring crew members. Taking ownership of job quality, timelines, and crew performance.
