Duties and Responsibilities
Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
Conduct the Bath Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
Position would be commission based, leads would be provided, no cold calling required.
Qualifications
High attention to detail
Computer and smartphone proficient
Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
Plus, if you have prior knowledge in the Home Remodeling industry
Plus, if you have prior experience using a CRM system to manage customers and proposal
