About Our Agency Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2011 and has grown into a strong, nine-person team built on collaboration, trust, and positivity. Before opening my own agency, I began my career with State Farm in Claims and later transitioned into Marketing, where I developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two and love spending time outdoors — camping, hiking, and staying active. Mindset and personal growth are huge parts of both my life and our office culture. Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
