What You'll Do

Support senior sales reps with product research, site visits, and client presentations

Manage small sales opportunities ( Learn sales strategies: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing

Master CRM tools and internal systems

Track performance and meet quarterly goals

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree (Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Communications preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

Interest in design and customer experience

Comfortable with CRM tools and data
