
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves actively engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth through a combination of field visits and remote communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, and a proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Sales Execution
Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, networking, and field visits
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services
Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and product demos
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Develop territory sales plans and update progress regularly
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Provide prompt responses to customer queries and post-sales support
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service coordination
Address issues proactively and liaise with internal teams for resolution
Dispatch coordination
Reporting & CRM Updates
Maintain detailed records of interactions and deals in GEN ERP (CRM tool)
Provide timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements
Keep client information accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on customer needs
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Fluent communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Familiarity with the complete sales cycle and field sales strategies
Proficiency in GEN ERP, Google Sheets, and mobile communication tools
Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and comfortable with target‑driven roles
Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage
