You will provide essential on-site support to the Community Manager across all areas of rental activity, office administration, and resident relations. You will help ensure smooth daily operations by assisting with administrative tasks, supporting leasing activities, and contributing to a welcoming and professional office environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for residents, helping address questions, supporting communication, and promoting positive resident experiences. You will also assist with coordinating office functions, maintaining organized records, and supporting operational workflows that contribute to the overall success of the community. At the discretion of the Community Manager, you may also be entrusted with supervisory responsibilities for specific tasks, allowing you to further develop your leadership skills and professional growth. You enjoy being part of a team and contributing to shared goals. Minimum qualifications
Education /Background: LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
