Confirm arrival dates for upcoming vacation reservations and increase show rates for events Provide exceptional customer service through both outbound and inbound calls Update account information and guest lists while processing cancellation or rescheduling requests Communicate event details and special requests to the event planning team Support management with tasks and projects, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism What is Required
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED; College Degree preferred Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to handle customer escalations effectively How to Stand Out
Previous experience in customer service or event planning roles Strong persuasive and informative communication skills Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a positive brand image Familiarity with marketing systems and event coordination Experience in a goal and performance-based work environment
