Make outbound calls to confirm arrival dates for guests with vacation packages to increase show rates and tour delivery Provide customer service for owners through both outbound and inbound calls Update account information and guest lists, process cancellation or rescheduling requests, and answer event-related questions Communicate special requests to the event planning team and handle customer escalations Support management with tasks and projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED; College Degree preferred Successful completion of onboarding training and ongoing required courses Ability to work flexible shifts to meet business needs Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deescalate customer situations Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
