Edinburgh USA Golf Course is seeking up to 4 Driving Range Attendants to operate the practice facility, ensuring a welcoming, clean and productive environment for golfers.

Meet and greet customers and members in a positive and courteous manner
Provide excellent service while retrieving golf balls on our practice facility
Keep areas of work clean at all times
Education No education requirement
Experience No previous experience required
Licenses/Certification Valid driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to provide a level of customer service that meets or exceeds customer and employer expectations
Ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven ability and demonstrated commitment to an inclusive workplace related to racial equity, diversity and inclusion.
Ability to provide a level of customer service that meets/exceeds customer expectations

Desired Qualifications
Previous experience operating driving range cart
Previous experience working in golf course operations
CPR, First Aid, or AED certifications
Previous experience working with people from various cultural, socioeconomic, racial and ethnic backgrounds
Fluency in Spanish, Hmong, Russian, Somali, Lao or Vietnamese language(s)
Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully and safely perform the essential duties of this job. Positions are part-time casual, non-benefited positions that will work on average 0-29.99 hours a week with morning and evening hours available seven days per week. Work shifts are from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including but not limited to lifting, bending, stooping and walking
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Exposure to rain, sun, wind and high/low temperatures
Frequent lifting of buckets, bags, and golf balls
Background Check The City has determined that a criminal background check and/or qualifications check may be necessary for certain positions with this job title.
