
The Performance Coach contributes to Power Train’s success by conducting themselves in a professional demeanor that demonstrates the company mission and vision. They are also responsible to help improve the overall success of the business through new business development and client retention. The Performance Coach will deliver on all of the performance objectives set forth by the company. In addition, the Performance Coach will focus on the team delivering unmatched results for our clients in a fun, engaging and competitive environment.

Model and promote Power Train mission and values through appropriate behavior, appearance, words and actions Uphold company mission by delivering training sessions that meet the Power Train standards for ratios and program design Effectively conduct Free Trials designed to drive new business Engage in opportunities to grow client count through high quality interactions and creative training sessions designed to drive overall membership growth and retention Ensure that the facility remains surgically clean, by executing on your daily cleaning and maintenance responsibilities Work to up-skill yourself through continuing education and self-development
Desired Skills and Experience College degree (or in progress) in Sports Management, Exercise Science, or National Strength and Conditioning Association Prior experience with coaching and/or sports performance training is a plus Able to perform and excel in a fluid and dynamic work environment Must have a passion for sports, fitness and health
