We are seeking an experienced
Window Treatment Lead Technician
to join a leading
Luxury Residential Home Automation & Home Theater Integration
company based in
Miami, Florida . This role focuses on the installation, integration, and leadership of high-end motorized shading and window treatment systems in custom residential environments. Key Responsibilities
Lead installation and commissioning of motorized shades, drapery tracks, and window treatment systems in luxury residences Integrate window treatments with home automation and control systems (e.g., Lutron, Crestron, Savant) Review project plans, take field measurements, and coordinate installations from start to finish Oversee on-site quality, safety, and workmanship standards Mentor and guide junior technicians while coordinating with project managers and other trades Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues during install and service visits Perform system testing, programming verification, and client demonstrations Qualifications
Proven experience installing manual and motorized window treatments in luxury residential environments Strong knowledge of Lutron shades and integration with smart home systems (Crestron / Savant experience a plus) Ability to read drawings, take accurate measurements, and manage on-site execution Strong customer-facing skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the field throughout Miami and surrounding areas Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Opportunity to work on premier luxury residential projects in South Florida If you’re a skilled window treatment professional ready to step into a leadership role within a high-end integration environment, we’d love to connect.
