No car sales experience required ; we prefer some customer service experience, but we will fully train the right candidate. Who is the right person? Responsibilities
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day.
Qualifications
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
Eager to learn and improve product knowledge quickly.
Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
Professional appearance.
Valid driver’s license.
