Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team! Pay is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. We offer a commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.01 per hour on top of your hourly rate. Perks and Benefits

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides. The role greets, engages, and interacts with customers to process sales and loans, and resolves customer inquiries and problems. Associates work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, and other items. The Full-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate earns an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. Pay is based on location, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions. Performs non-management open/close procedures. Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays. Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Handles cash and negotiable items in accordance with policies and regulations. Answers incoming calls per company standards. Effectively communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers. Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, showing respect and using effective communication tools. Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience. Completes assigned training successfully. Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting). Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified. Employees may assist customers outside the building or retrieve products stored externally. Minimum Age: 18 years old. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently. Cash handling experience is preferred. May work in multiple locations as needed. Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
