
Full-Time Retail Sales Associate
$10.75 to $13.00 per hour plus an 8% commission on transactions, which could average an additional $1.82 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Position Summary We seek entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for our pawn and retail locations nationwide. The role partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides, processing sales, loans, and other transactions. Associates engage with customers and assist with inquiries and problem resolution across a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. Compensation is hourly plus commission based on productivity.
Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and displays merchandise.
Processes sales and loan transactions per established policies and regulatory requirements.
Handles all cash and negotiable items per policy.
Answers incoming calls per company standards.
Effectively communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect.
Partners with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
Successfully completes assigned training.
Other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Willing and able to perform extended standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting as required.
Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
May be asked to assist customers on the exterior of the building or retrieve products stored in exterior buildings.
Minimum age: 18 years old.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient basic math calculations.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Must be able to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
