The Role Your job is simple: Find serious mortgage professionals. Show them the opportunity. Enroll the right ones.
Daily responsibilities include: Prospecting and identifying qualified mortgage professionals Running sales calls and presentations Following a proven sales framework Managing pipeline and follow-up with discipline Collaborating with the coaching team Hitting and exceeding performance targets
You will be measured by production.
