Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Personal Assistant to UHNWI,

Manhattan based, $125k-150k Exceptional client based in NYC is seeking a Personal Assistant with a proven track record in providing concierge services and go the extra mile in everything that they do, including ticket requests, event management, mail management, personal appointments, and more. This role requires a polished, organized professional with meticulous attention to detail who demonstrates positivity in all interactions, is open to receiving feedback, and generally shares our passion for achieving excellence. The Personal Assistant must be self-directed and entrepreneurial. Though they will be able to rely on a loyal, high-performing team, the Personal Assistant must be capable of managing many priorities amid shifting schedules. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional judgment, is trustworthy and resourceful, and demonstrates positivity, high emotional intelligence, and polished professionalism in all interactions. This is a full-time position in New York City with some domestic travel as directed. Candidates will be expected to live in New York City within a reasonable distance from the Principals\' residences in order to respond to emergencies or personal service requests. Responsibilities

Closely collaborate with the House Manager and Principals/Office of CEOs on lifestyle tasks such as: Concierge needs, including meal and event arrangements, mail and delivery management, personal appointments and subscriptions/memberships Travel booking and logistics, including day-to-day needs as well as personal and business travel and security and driver accommodations Healthcare management, including coordination of appointments and billing for Principals and family members Wardrobe management, including storage, organization and ensuring “ready-to-wear” condition (i.e., dry cleaning, alterations, and repairs) Administrative and expense/accounting duties as required Provide project management support to CEOs, including but not limited to: Event planning and execution Art collection purchase and management Merchandising for various personal pursuits Tracking and logistics of inventory/FF&E, band equipment/studio equipment Special projects, as needed Provide office operations support for family office and portfolio companies, as required Provide household support as requested or as directed, including pickup/delivery, vendor oversight support, mail management, IRL signature procurement, and more Qualifications

2+ years in an EA or PA role, ideally supporting private households; Bachelor’s Degree required; notary certificate a major plus Superior customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; high emotional intelligence and ability to “read the room” Basic accounting skills Basic computer proficiency required; familiarity with Slack and Google Drive is a plus Clean background/driving record with valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation Superior written and oral communication skills Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a major plus Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Availability to respond to service requests on nights and weekends is required. 24/7 Mindset is expected. Compensation

$125k-150k base salary with eligibility for health and retirement benefits
