Customer Service Representative – World Truck Towing & Recovery

Location: 4970 Park Avenue West, Seville, Ohio 44256

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Schedule: Multiple shifts available

About Us World Truck Towing & Recovery is a fast-paced, customer-first company providing 24/7 roadside and heavy-duty towing services. When someone’s day takes a turn, we’re the call that gets them back on track. We’re growing—and we need dependable, friendly voices to answer those calls.

What You’ll Do This is a

customer service position —no towing experience required. We’ll train you! You’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing help. Your job is to:

Answer incoming calls and ask a set of simple, guided questions

Dispatch towing services quickly and accurately

Provide updates on service status and estimated arrival times

Coordinate with drivers and keep customers informed

Handle billing, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Calm, patient, and professional under pressure

Basic computer skills (dispatch software experience is a plus)
