Deliver exceptional customer service via live chat, email, and phone to Slovakian-speaking clientele Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints with professionalism Guide customers through our platform, providing assistance and enhancing their overall experience Collaborate with your team to achieve service level agreements and maintain quality standards Document customer interactions accurately in the support system to ensure consistent service Participate in training sessions to continuously improve knowledge of products and services Requirements
Fluent in Slovakian and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is preferred Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture Interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a desirable bonus Benefits
