Our client delivers customer support services for a well-established automotive brand and is currently expanding its German‑speaking support team. This is an entry‑level opportunity suitable for candidates starting their professional career. Relocation to Greece is required prior to employment. A relocation support package is provided. Key Responsibilities

Provide customer assistance in German via phone, email, and digital communication channels Support customers with inquiries related to vehicle features, service appointments, warranty information, or general product questions Follow established procedures and service guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent support Document interactions and case details in internal systems Maintain quality standards and comply with operational requirements Escalate technical or complex matters to specialized teams when necessary Candidate Requirements

Fluent written and spoken German Good command of English (level B2) Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Basic IT skills and ability to navigate support systems Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece Employment Conditions
