About The Role

RDN CONS is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Support Agent for an international client in the insurance sector. This entry-level position is suitable for candidates at the start of their careers; no prior insurance or customer service experience is required.

Candidates will receive structured, fully paid remote training in Greece for the initial two months. After successful completion of training, the role continues as fully remote within Greece.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in German via phone, email and chat.

Handle policy inquiries, claims intake, billing questions and basic case management in line with established procedures.

Collect and verify customer information; document interactions accurately in internal systems.

Escalate complex or high-priority cases to the appropriate teams.

Deliver clear, accurate and customer-focused solutions while maintaining service quality and compliance standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and to contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Candidate profile

Fluent German (C1 level) and good command of English (B2 level).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Basic computer literacy and aptitude for learning new systems and procedures quickly.

Positive, solution-focused attitude and attention to detail.

Willingness to relocate to Greece and flexibility to work in shifts if required.

No prior insurance or customer service experience required; motivated beginners are encouraged to apply.
