Key Responsibilities
Assist German-speaking customers with their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely support
Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide personalized travel advice and solutions tailored to client preferences
Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and services provided
Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the travel industry to better serve clients
Requirements
Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
Previous experience in customer service or travel support roles is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment
Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is beneficial
