About The Role We are currently hiring a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Representative for our prestigious international client in the hospitality sector. This position is designed for new entrants to the job market. No prior professional experience is required. You will receive structured and fully paid training during the initial two months on‑site in Greece. After completing the training period, you will transition to a fully remote position, working from anywhere within Greece. Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat;

Assist with hotel reservations, booking modifications, and general inquiries;

Deliver clear, accurate, and customer‑focused solutions;

Maintain professional communication standards;

Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems;

Ensure compliance with company procedures and service quality standards.

Candidate Profile

Fluent Dutch (C1);

English at B2;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Basic computer literacy;

Positive, solution‑oriented attitude;

Willingness to relocate to Greece for the initial two‑month training period;

Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
